The nature of the exercise highlighted the importance of team working to all participants and the realism of the simulation thoroughly tested their ability to deal with the uncertainties that are thrown up on a daily basis in the world of business. The simulation provided vital decision-making experience for delegates, as well as giving them the opportunity to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas and take risks, all in a low-risk, non-threatening environment. The exercise was seen as bringing finance and business to life at the end of an intensive learning process. </i> <br> <font color="#660000"><a class="contact" href="javascript:void(0);" name="nuclear"></a> <br>British Nuclear Group:</font> <br> <i>Executive was used for two of the three days of the Finance and Business Understanding module of the two-year graduate training scheme, delivered once the graduates had completed 6-9 months of the programme. April consultants also provided the training for the first of the three-day module, basing the teaching on case studies and current business news.
