Client Support Levels


Support
All our business simulation products come with a full set of support materials, including
tutorials, manuals and example games. On top of this, our highly experienced staff are
available on our 24-hour support line.

Course Design
Our consultants will engage with you and discuss your training needs and requirements. This
way we can advise you on how our training systems and simulations can provide the best
training for you in the key areas you require.

Events
April Training can be as involved in organising special events and seminars as you need. We
can arrange venues and accommodation if required, as well as provide hardware and
consultants to run the course. Alternatively, we can run special "train the trainer" events.

Technical support
During the course, technical support is available for any specific queries. Our support is available 24 hours if required; however, because of the robustness of our systems, most of our customers never need this facility.

Flexibility
Our courses provide realistic and effective training through business simulations and yet remain flexible enough to meet a wide-range of specific training objectives as well as providing general business and management development training.
